SLR-operated Springfields Outlet and Leisure has now delivered its best week ever, across all sectors. A big 18% bump in foot traffic and a very pleasing 18% increase in sales compared to last year.

After 18 years of solid growth, the success is all about great partnerships and pulling in key customer shoppers with killer digital marketing moves.

Simon Stone, Retail Director commented “We’ve also recently brought in some cool new brands like Ben Sherman and Quba, plus an exciting new restaurant concept called Petalo Lounge from Loungers, which is packed every day and rolls into the nightlife.

We’re throwing some fun events to make sure our guests are having a blast, giving them time to chill and shop to their heart’s content. Our Winter Wonderland Walk light show and experience is pulling in extra high-quality footfall with over 30,000 paying guests shopping into the evening”.

Springfields is a 45-acre outlet and leisure destination, featuring brands like Molton Brown, Skechers, Levi’s, Dune, Osprey London, Radley, Joules, M&S Outlet, and White Stuff.

This all reinforces Springfields position as the leading outlet centre in the East of England. The integrated leisure has been designed to make the scheme accessible, healthy and family-time oriented, including the free-to-enter nationally important gardens which wrap around the outlet, a children’s Adventure Land with a unique JCB attraction and a Tree Top village, all bolstered by a series of footfall-driving events throughout the year. Live music, celebrity visits, the region’s spectacular Firework display and much more.
