The team have a combined 100 years of development and retail expertise. Retail parks, outlet shopping centres, town centre regeneration, food stores, hotels, food and beverage developments, garden centres and leisure destinations have been successfully completed by SLR directors.
SLR also have expertise in commercial office and industrial parks and have partners who specialise in residential development.
Through the last recession, SLR executives performed extensive remodelling, extensions and facelifts to schemes to ensure units and environments remained fully occupied and appealing to customers, optimising tenant’s turnover and landlords rental levels.
SLR have a creative and structured approach to planning, communication and lobbying, and have run teams through planning enquiries to successful conclusions.
The Springfields Scheme was the highest pre- let outlet and highest let at opening (98%) UK outlet to date.

Ian and the team have delivered some staggering results since being involved with Festival Park; they have delivered international retail brands, created 150 new jobs and provided new leisure attractions that the borough are very proud of.
